Acceptance of Terms of Use

47800 is an online entertainment service for users aged 18 and above. Registration or use of an account by underage individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and cancellation of all related transactions.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 47800 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 47800 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the cancellation of all outstanding balances and pending transactions.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
- Each account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
- You must notify the 47800 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Payments, Transactions & Deposit Rules
All financial transactions on the 47800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, internet banking, and approved e-wallets. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once credited to your account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the conditions set by the platform at the time. Withdrawal processing times range from one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the chosen method.
47800 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with these terms is detected. Users found to have committed fraud or misused the payment system will face action including account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
47800 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including but not limited to technical disruptions, service outages, or data loss.
47800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, attempts to manipulate the system, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, 47800 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account as damages. The platform's decision in such matters is final and non-disputable.
If an account is closed due to technical issues or platform policy decisions that are not the result of user error, any remaining balance will be returned through the standard process within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the 47800 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 47800 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 47800.

Platform Usage Rules

- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the systems and infrastructure of 47800 is strictly prohibited.
